Here is how I work
I need to know what you require. Do you want me to make your document more interesting? Or does it have grammatical issues? So, we will communicate via phone, Skype or email.
If your copy is web content, I can go online and copy and paste. Or, if it is a sales proposal or business letter, for example, email it to me in Microsoft Word format.
I can make changes using the Microsoft Word Tracker function if required. This enables you to see any changes, and you can either accept or reject them.
